Explain why you would or would not want to live in a large city.
In my opinion, I would want to live in a large city. For me, it is because in a large city is where you can see many vehicles, skyscrapers, and peoples with a hurry pace of life. That place can fascinate us much due to its lights and luxuries. Nowadays, most people would want to live in a large city because they see many advantages out of it. Indeed, in a big city, people can have the best chances at work as well as in enjoying the best services and entertainments.
In this new era, everyone is being aware and cautious about the importance of education. This is one of the major factors why peoples chooses large city over small town. In a large city, people will have better chances and higher quality of education. There are many good universities to choose in a big city where we can express our ability to study what we are most interested in. Moreover, upon graduating, we will also find it easier to find chances for good job with good salaries, which is more difficult in small cities or rural area. Hence, many graduate students choose big cities to live and work. In short, it is where we can have advantages for ourselves.
The big city, the place with a large population, this is the potential market for investment and business development. Most of big companies and corporations are based in the big city. Therefore, we will have many chances to for good jobs and entrepreneurships. Moreover, if you would want to be your own boss or in other words, work on your own, this is the most convenient environment to start and develop it, as you can make relationships, do research market, find business opportunities and so on with a lot more ease.
Further explained, living in a large city, we will not only find many great opportunities but we may also encounter threats. Bigger city means bigger competitions. This requires people to be very capable in order to compete with the society. This means it is a vitality to have knowledge, skills, visions, creativity, and outstanding factor. On the other hand, the big city is the place where technology is developing, society is improving and law is fair makes the condition for us to express ourselves and demonstrate our abilities and talents.
Uses of advance technologies have made peoples in the big city being able to live on fast track. We can be aware about every advance technology that is fast developing day by days. This is very useful for our daily life. There is lot of technological benefit for living in a large city. We can get various modern and advanced facilities and services such as valuable and hard-to-find information, and various communication’s medium as fast as our finger tips. Plus, we don't have to be worried about getting sick or suffering a disease because in a large city we can easily get good doctors and advance medical treatment break through . We won’t get all this in the small city.
I like the fast life of a large city. I can get a lot of facilities which might be unavailable in small town. I could also enjoy variation entertainments and luxuries. I can get more opportunity in my life if I shall live in big city. There are lots of benefits for living in a large city as compare to living in small town as mentioned above. But it is very important that despite enjoying the life in the big city, we should never forget where we came from, our culture, custom and traditions and the good values in us.
